VIDEO: Activists Block Access to Russian Peacekeepers' Base in Artsakh

"We are blocking the road leading to the Russian side, the movement of peacekeepers will be under our control. We need to stay here until we get answers to our questions," activist Arthur Osipyan stated during a Facebook live stream, addressing the situation in Artsakh.

"Are they going to keep us under siege here while they have their supplies?" he added, noting that simply sitting and waiting will not solve the problem.
