Video: Water Crisis in Blockaded Stepanakert Intensifies

The water supply issue in Stepanakert remains unresolved. Under normal circumstances, pumping stations would be operational, including the use of diesel-powered generators. Alternatively, water would be delivered to neighborhoods deprived of water supply.

Today, in the absence of fuel, such possibilities do not exist. Authorities are urging residents to conserve water and to be patient for a few more days, expressing hope that the weather will cooperate and temperatures will drop slightly.
