Interesting Decision Made in Case Involving Son of Constitutional Court Judge
An interesting decision has been made in the case of the stabbing involving the son of former police colonel Vardan Nadyan. This was reported by the newspaper "Zhoghovurd".
According to the media outlet, the pre-trial body has suspended the criminal prosecution against the defendants in connection with forensic examination findings.
“We wrote that the case of the stabbing of the former police colonel Vardan Nadyan's son also involves the son of Constitutional Court judge Arthur Vagharshyan, Arek Vagharshyan. According to exclusive information we received, he has been arrested, but later the court released Arek Vagharshyan,” the article stated.
The "Zhoghovurd" newspaper attempted to clarify this information with Constitutional Court judge Arthur Vagharshyan, who responded: “My son was actually present there; he was a witness. I trust all state bodies, they will conduct an objective investigation, and you will know the objective truth.”
Recall that Shamshyan.com reported that gunshots were heard at the address 38/1 Mamiko NYants Street in Yerevan, and former police colonel Vardan Nadyan's son, 35-year-old Eduardo Nadyan, was transferred to the hospital with over ten stab wounds on his body. Blood-like traces, a pistol, and two bullets were found in the yard of the aforementioned building. The authorities are still investigating the reasons behind the multiple stabbings and gunfire against the police colonel's son,” the media outlet wrote.
