It is Recommended to Avoid Direct Sunlight

From August 11 to 16, during the period from 16:00 to 18:00, temperatures in the Ararat Plain, the Syunik valleys, and Yerevan are expected to reach up to +40 to +42 degrees Celsius.

Additionally, from August 11 to 16, high fire hazard conditions are anticipated in Yerevan, the Ararat Plain, the foothills of Aragatsotn, Kotayk, Vayots Dzor, and in the valleys of Syunik and Tavush.

Between August 11 and 14, the intensity of ultraviolet radiation is expected to be above normal due to the high thermal background across the republic. It is advised to avoid direct sunlight from 11:00 to 17:00.
