Peacekeepers Record Ceasefire Violation

The Russian peacekeeping forces continue to carry out tasks in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh. The Russian peacekeepers monitor the situation around the clock at thirty observation posts and oversee the adherence to the ceasefire regime.

According to a report from the Russian Ministry of Defense, one case of ceasefire violation was recorded in Askeran over the past day. There are no reported casualties.

The command of the Russian peacekeeping force is conducting an investigation regarding this incident in cooperation with the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides.
