Investigation Underway to Determine What Object Damaged the Vehicle: Investigative Committee

According to reports, a call was received by the police at 13:15. A citizen reported that his bus was allegedly shot at on Abelyan Street.

The Investigative Committee has announced that a criminal case has been initiated under the characteristics of Article 264, Part 1, and Article 335, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Preliminary data indicates that the property was damaged as a result of an alleged gunfire. An investigation is underway to determine what object caused the damage to the vehicle and whether a firearm was used or not. In this regard, necessary investigative actions are being carried out, including the appointment of relevant examinations.

No injuries have been reported. At this moment, there are no other details to disclose, as informed by the Investigative Committee.
