Truck Rolls Over After Collision on Road

On August 8, at 20:35, the crisis management center of the Syunik regional rescue department received a call regarding an accident on the Angehakot-Spandaryan highway, prompting a request for rescue assistance.

According to the rescue service, a firefighting and rescue unit was dispatched from the regional rescue department to the scene.

It was revealed that a collision occurred at the 18th km of the Sisian-Spandaryan highway involving a "Honda" vehicle (driver: H. H., born in 1989) and a "Ford" truck (driver: A. B., born in 1959), resulting in the truck veering off the roadway and overturning.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the body of driver A. B. was retrieved from the vehicle, while passengers S. B. (born in 1963) and A. S. (born in 1962) were hospitalized at the Sisian Medical Center, where doctors assessed their health condition as moderately severe.

The rescuers de-energized the vehicle.
