The World's Largest Cruise Ship is Nearly Ready

The construction of the world's largest cruise ship has been completed at a shipyard in Finland. It has successfully conducted its first sea trials in open waters.

The 'Icon of the Seas' by Royal Caribbean International measures 365 meters in length and weighs 250,800 tons. When it sets sail in January next year in the waters of the Caribbean, it will comfortably accommodate about 5,610 passengers and a crew of 2,350 members.

The cruise ship will feature six water slides, and guests will have access to seven swimming pools and nine play areas.
