European Court of Human Rights Transfers Information on Vagif Khachaturyan from Azerbaijan to Armenia

The European Court of Human Rights has transferred information presented by Azerbaijan regarding Vagif Khachaturyan to the Armenian side. This information has been shared with Khachaturyan's relatives. The representative of Armenia on international legal issues announced this on their Facebook page.

Armenia will present its objections to the facts and positions raised by Azerbaijan within the timeframe established by the court, which is until August 16 of this year.
