The former Mayor of Yerevan, Haik Marutyan, has issued a statement announcing his participation in the Yerevan City Council elections.

“Dear compatriots,
Dear Yerevan residents
In this video, I am answering the question that has been asked most frequently in recent months: will I participate in the Yerevan City Council elections scheduled for September 17?” he mentioned.
