Video: Goats Frequently Seen on the Streets of South Butovo
Goats are periodically observed in various parts of South Butovo, Russia. The animals are released to roam by a 76-year-old retiree living in a private house. This was reported by the publication 'Rise'.
“The goats belong to an elderly citizen living in a private household, who has everything there. Conversations have been held with the owner regarding the inadmissibility of letting the animals roam without supervision. According to the Animal Disease Control Station, all measures have been taken, and the animals have been vaccinated as required.
He simply sends them out for walks. There have been many discussions about how they cannot be let out so easily; the goats climb onto cars and enter nearby gardens. The owner insists that the goats need to go out for their strolls, and he continues to let them roam. We have worked with this for many years. The goats have even become a characteristic symbol of our area. Every resident of Yuzhny Butovo has seen them; they walk around almost the entire neighborhood. Residents do not have a problem with this,” local inhabitants stated.
