Video: Russians Shell Residential Building in Pokrovsk, Casualties Reported

Russians have shelled one of the residential high-rise buildings in the city of Pokrovsk. This was reported by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on his Telegram page, stating that there are casualties.

He emphasized that "Russia will be held accountable for everything it has done in this terrible war."
