VIDEO: Four Youngsters Arrested for Kidnapping a Man as a Joke in Russia
In Moscow, four "pranksters" have been arrested for allegedly kidnapping a man as part of a joke on Pskovskaya Street. According to gazeta.ru, the masked individuals acted out the kidnapping right at a bus stop in front of other passersby.
Witnesses did not find the prank amusing and called the police. The jokesters were identified through security cameras and turned out to be young men aged between 19 and 23. They confessed that their intention was merely to scare random pedestrians.
Legal actions have been taken against the boys under the article of "minor hooliganism," reports MVD MEDIA.
