VIDEO: 98 Wildfires Ignite in Yakutia Region

98 wildfires have erupted in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia). The fires have already covered an area of 125.6 thousand hectares. This information has been reported by the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The most difficult situation is in the Aldan, Olekminsk, and Ust-Maysk regions, where 60 outbreaks have been recorded. Rescuers are working on fire protection measures for settlements.
