‘Pashinyan told us to go take care of our other children, why are you spending the whole day looking for the missing?’ says parent

Parents of soldiers missing from the 44-day war are staging a protest in front of the government building. According to one of the parents, Nikol Pashinyan has no answers for them and advises them to go take care of their other children.

“The last time the parents met with Nikol Pashinyan, he told them, ‘I don’t understand, don’t you have children at home? Go take care of all your children, why are you spending the whole day looking for the missing?’” said one of the parents.

The parents proceeded to meet with Andranik Kocharyan, the head of the parliamentary investigative committee studying the circumstances of the 44-day war. “We need to discuss our children’s situation with Andranik Kocharyan to understand how long we will be dragged along like this. Since January, we have been told to be patient,” mentioned one parent.
