VIDEO: If the borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan are not defined, what territories is Azerbaijan raising questions about? Pashinyan to Aliyev
The cabinet's regular session, chaired by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, continues. In his statement, he responded to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's interview with Euronews.
During the interview, Aliyev stated that the borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan are not defined.
"It seems that Azerbaijan's plan is to sign a peace agreement with provisions that leave room to dispute the borders fixed by the Alma-Ata Declaration and later raise territorial claims against Armenia during the delimitation and demarcation process. If the borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan are not defined, what territories is Azerbaijan raising questions about, in various sections of the border? If such questions are being raised, it means the borders are defined. Moreover, Armenia's proposal for the mirrored withdrawal of troops from the border remains in effect," concluded the Prime Minister of Armenia.
