VIDEO: Putin Awards Honorary Medal to Kadyrov's Mother
Russian President Vladimir Putin has awarded the "Honorary Medal" to Aymani Kadyrova, head of the regional public foundation named after the hero of Russia, Akhmat Kadyrov, and mother of Ramzan Kadyrov. This was reported by TASS.
The award was given to the Chechen leader's mother for her active public participation.
Aymani Kadyrova oversees a foundation in the republic that regularly sends humanitarian aid to residents of new regions of Russia.
It is noted that Kadyrova already holds ten awards, including the Friendship Medal from the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics.
Additionally, Putin presented the 1st-class medal for "Services to the Fatherland" to humorist Vladimir Vinokur, as well as the 2nd-class medal for "Services to the Fatherland" to the leader of the Social Democratic Party, Sergey Mironov.
