The Reason Behind David Galstyan's Re-Arrest Revealed

The Supreme Judicial Council has commented on the reasons for the re-arrest of David Galstyan, known as Patron Davo, who is involved in arms supply.

"Last month, the businessman David Galstyan, who was released on bail by the first-instance court, has been re-arrested by the Court of Appeals on Anti-Corruption matters. This is due to the fact that the prosecution has presented new evidence to the court indicating that the defendant, while free, attempted to obstruct the investigation by exerting illegal influence on the participants of the trial," the Supreme Judicial Council stated in their response.
