The Bread Shortage Issue in Artsakh Will Gradually Be Resolved in Two Days
The Artsakh Republic Fund for Support of Rural and Agricultural Development informs that round-the-clock work is being carried out at the Stepanakert, Askeran, and Martuni mills to ensure the demand for flour and bread, while the Martakert mill is expected to start operating today with great difficulties.
“To manage the queues at the bread production units in Stepanakert and to monitor the quantity of bread being distributed, employees of the Artsakh State Revenue Committee and the Committee for State Inspections will be present on-site as per the order of the State Minister. As a result of the emergency measures being implemented, the issue of bread scarcity will gradually be resolved in two days. We ask the public to approach the situation with understanding and to make bread purchases as economically as possible,” the publication stated.
