Turkey's Foreign Ministry Addresses Normalization of Relations Between Yerevan and Ankara

Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has commented on the normalization of relations between Yerevan and Ankara. He reminded that diplomatic relations between the two countries have been frozen due to Armenia's "occupation of Azerbaijani territories."

According to him, the "occupation" has effectively ended, and negotiations are currently underway regarding the demarcation of borders between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

“Turkey is closely monitoring the developments. Turkey's position is as follows: relations will be normalized after the implementation of all agreements between Armenia and Azerbaijan,” Fidan stated.

The Turkish minister emphasized that the normalization of relations contributes to economic development and stability.
