Citizen Struggles to Return to Shore Independently
On July 31, at 15:05, the National Center for Crisis Management received information that lifeguards on duty at the first public beach had noticed a citizen who was unable to return to shore independently.
The lifeguards brought citizen G. N. (born in 1987) to the shore. There was no need for hospitalization.
