Vagif Khachatryan Abducted in Presence of His Daughter and ICRC Representatives, Artak Beglaryan Claims
Accusations from Azerbaijan are false as no such crime has occurred in the village of Meshali. This was stated by Artak Beglaryan, advisor to the President of Artsakh, on his Twitter microblog, in response to a statement from the Azerbaijani Prosecutor General's Office.
"Vagif Khachatryan was born in 1955 in Artsakh and resides in the village of Patara. Like all men, he defended his homeland during the war of 1991-1994. However, the accusations from Azerbaijan are false, as no such crime has taken place in the village of Meshali. Today, he was abducted in the presence of his daughter and ICRC representatives," Beglaryan wrote.
