Ukraine Loses 11 Leopard 2 Tanks During Counteroffensive, Military Expert

During the counteroffensive that began in June 2023, the Ukrainian Armed Forces have lost 11 Leopard 2 tanks, three of which have been completely destroyed and can no longer be used in combat operations, said Ukrainian military expert Oleksandr Kovalenko. This information was reported by the Telegram channel "Политика страны".

"In the 2A4 and 2A6 modifications, there are a total of 11 Leopard 2 type tanks that have been destroyed and damaged, of which three cannot be restored for combat use. Eight have damages that can be repaired if evacuated, and they will again fulfill their functions," he stated.
