I Take Responsibility and Resign from the Position of National Assembly President, Says Artsakh National Assembly President
I take political responsibility to resign from the position of President of the National Assembly, but I will always remain loyal to the idea adopted by our people through the referendum in 1991.
This was announced by Artsakh National Assembly President Arthur Tovmasyan.
“Tomorrow I will submit my letter of resignation,” he added.
