Citizens Can Film 'Naughty Officials' and Receive Monetary Rewards: Ioannisyan

"We recently launched the 'Naughty Officials' campaign, where citizens can film and publish violations of traffic rules by officials in the same-named group," stated Daniel Ioannisyan, founder of the 'Iraserq Kaghakits' NGO, in a post on his Facebook page.

"After that, IKM examines each video or photo and, if possible, initiates legal proceedings against the 'naughty official'. Unlike other similar groups, 'Naughty Officials' also offers monetary rewards for those who report the 'best' violations. Specifically, the seven citizens who document the most serious violation, the violation by the highest-ranking official, the most serious violation in the region, and the highest number of violations will each receive awards of 100,000 drams.
