Azerbaijan Understands the Necessity of Ensuring the Rights of Armenians in Artsakh, Lavrov Says
A meeting took place in Moscow between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
During the meeting, the parties discussed bilateral and regional issues. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated that "Russia appreciates that Azerbaijan understands the necessity of ensuring the rights of Armenians in Artsakh."
