Video: A Secondary Road will be Built on Tsitsernakaberd Highway

During a working meeting of the Yerevan City Council today, on July 24, it was reported that the mayor has already signed the relevant decision regarding the resumption of construction works on the collapsed section of the Tsitsernakaberd highway, which will regulate the land use and construction modes in the collapsed area.

“Essentially, the further delays in construction were related to this decision. We have finalized construction and technical solutions, and we have both sketch and design solutions. At this moment, we are in the project examination phase. After the examination is complete, construction works will immediately commence. The Tsitsernakaberd highway will be fully restored, and a secondary road will also be constructed to service the adjacent buildings,” it was reported during the meeting.
