VIDEO: A Bread Crisis Has Emerged in Martakert

A bread crisis has already emerged in Martakert. This was reported in a segment prepared by the Artsakh Public Television. 

Unlike most cases where there is a complete lack of supplies, the issue with bread is not due to a shortage of stock, but rather a lack of fuel. Due to rolling blackouts, baking bread has become difficult, and the shortage of fuel has hindered the delivery of bread to stores.
