VIDEO: 11 Drones Shot Down and Suppressed in Crimea; Evacuations of Village Residents Underway

Following an intense drone attack, evacuations of village residents have commenced in the Republic of Crimea. This was announced by the republic's head, Sergey Aksyonov.

“After the incident in the Dzhankoy area (where debris from Ukrainian drones fell on a regional munitions depot), a decision was made to evacuate residents from nearby villages within a radius of 5 kilometers,” Aksyonov wrote on his Telegram channel. He noted that people will be accommodated in temporary shelters.

No injuries were reported as a result of the attack, added the head of Crimea.

It is worth noting that Sergey Aksyonov also reported that anti-air defense and electronic warfare forces in Crimea shot down and suppressed 11 drones, with debris damaging a private house.

According to him, all relevant agencies are working on-site. The head of Crimea urged residents to remain calm and trust only official sources of information.
