Fuel Supplies Depleted in Artsakh, Public Transport Operations to Cease

The Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of the Republic of Artsakh has issued a statement:  “As we previously announced, due to the severe fuel shortages caused by Azerbaijan's blockade of Artsakh, public transport in the capital Stepanakert has been paralyzed since July 18. However, interregional routes were still operational. At this moment, the scarce fuel supplies have also been exhausted, and starting July 25, all public transport operations across the Republic will be completely halted.”
