VIDEO: A Young Man Taken into Custody in Vanadzor After Waving Artsakh Flag on Stage

The initiative "Voice of the Youth" has published a video showing one of its members ascending the stage with an Artsakh flag during a festival held in Vanadzor.

Later, another video circulated on social media, indicating that police were taking the young man into custody for waving the Artsakh flag.

"Our teammate, Arek, is being taken into custody right now by the police in Vanadzor for waving the Artsakh flag. I urge lawyers present in Vanadzor to come to the Taroni police station," wrote Hovhannes Harutyunyan, the president of the Voice of the Youth NGO, on his Facebook page.
