VIDEO: Humanitarian Situation Deteriorating Hour by Hour, Says Artsakh Ombudsman

The humanitarian situation in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) is deteriorating hour by hour, with all shops completely emptied. This has been stated in an English-language message released by the Artsakh Human Rights Defender's Office.

It is highlighted that the complete absence of food and essential supplies is causing suffering for 120,000 people, including 30,000 children.
