VIDEO: Buses in Stepanakert Will Not Operate from Today

In the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert, starting today, July 18, almost all buses that provide regular passenger transportation will not be operational.

“Under conditions of extreme fuel shortage, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure is regularly conducting assessments, and if until now it was possible to maintain the routes with certain restrictions, starting from July 28, we will have to cut back the city's routes—excluding those servicing the Nor Aresh neighborhood,” said First Deputy Minister Vladimir Harutyunyan in an interview with Artsakh Public Television.

If the situation does not improve in the near future, there will also be changes in routes in other cities.
