VIDEO: Advisor to the President of Artsakh Discusses Humanitarian Aid from Aghdam

In Yerevan today, July 18, protests in defense of Artsakh continue. Artsakh Republic President's advisor Vladimir Grigoryan addressed reporters regarding the transport of humanitarian aid from Aghdam through Azerbaijan.

"We do not have appropriate legal arrangements with the Republic of Azerbaijan, making such processes impossible at this stage," the advisor stated.

It is noteworthy that Bayramov reiterated the proposal for using the Aghdam road to meet the needs of the Azerbaijani Armenian residents, a suggestion he also made last week. For more details, see the video.
