General Surikovkin Stripped of Authority, but His Fate Remains Uncertain

General Surikovkin has been stripped of his authority, but his fate remains uncertain. This was stated by the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to agency representative Andrei Yusov, Surikovkin is currently in Russia, and the question of his 'fate' is still being determined.

He added that the reassignment of Russia's military command is advantageous for Ukraine, as in the long term, it will affect the combat readiness and morale of the Russian armed forces.

Andrei Yusov also mentioned that the greater the successes of the Ukrainian defense forces at the front, the more internal conflicts will erupt in Russia. However, the Ukrainian command is doing everything possible to advance the Ukrainian armed forces, regardless of what is happening in Russia.
