According to the video, the Ukrainian initially approached a woman walking with a stroller and then posed provocative questions. The situation escalated when the woman's husband realized what was happening and confronted the Ukrainian. The latter claims to be just 17 years old.

“Alright, I won't touch you, I'm leaving,” says the Ukrainian at the end.
