Vitaly Balasanyan Released

The first instance court of the Republic of Artsakh rejected the investigator's request to detain Artsakh hero and former secretary of the Security Council Vitaly Balasanyan. Balasanyan will remain at liberty. The information was provided by his lawyer, Rafael Martirosyan.

According to the lawyer, Vitaly Balasanyan still has health issues. After the court session, he will return to the hospital to continue his inpatient treatment.

It should be noted that earlier today, a motion to detain Vitaly Balasanyan was submitted to the court.
