Video: Over 2000 Evacuated Due to Forest Fire on La Palma Island in the Canary Islands

Over 2000 people have been evacuated due to a forest fire that erupted on La Palma Island in the Canary Islands. According to MIRBY, the fire has spread across 4,500 hectares due to strong winds and high temperatures.

Despite the involvement of aviation in the firefighting efforts, the fire is currently not under control.
