Russian Engineers to Study Western Equipment Captured During War, Says Putin

Western equipment captured as military spoils will be studied by Russian engineers, stated Russian President Vladimir Putin. He emphasized that if there is an opportunity to "look inside" and see what can be applicable for their use, the technology should be examined.

Putin referred to the Russian T-90 "Proryv" tank as the best in the world. He noted that all of Ukraine's attempts to breach Russian defense during the counteroffensive have been unsuccessful throughout.

Additionally, he expressed a positive assessment of the progress of the special military operation. "Our forces are displaying heroism. Unexpectedly for the enemy, in certain areas, they are themselves going on the offensive, seizing more advantageous positions," Putin remarked.
