Meeting with Representatives of Artsakh NGOs Scheduled for 3 PM at Government Building
The State Minister of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, has invited representatives of public organizations to a meeting. “I am inviting representatives of public organizations operating in Artsakh to a meeting at the Artsakh government building today at 3 PM to discuss certain issues. I look forward to the meeting,” Nersisyan wrote on his Facebook page.
