Azerbaijan Opens Fire Towards Verin Shorzha

Azerbaijani forces have again opened fire towards Armenian positions. The information is reported by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

“From 22:30 on July 14 to 00:30 on July 15, units of the Azerbaijani armed forces fired at Armenian positions located in the Verin Shorzha area using firearms of various calibers,” the statement reads.

It is noteworthy that on July 12, around 05:30 and again at 12:10, Azerbaijani military personnel had opened sniper fire targeting combat positions located in the southeastern border zone under the protection of the RA Ministry of Defense N military unit, resulting in two servicemen from that unit sustaining gunshot wounds.
