VIDEO: 'This is a deficiency in your work' - Protest near the ICRC office in Stepanakert

Participants of a popular rally in Artsakh marched to the ICRC office in Stepanakert. Artsakh State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan stated in a speech near the ICRC office that the Red Cross is the information source that the international community should rely on.

“And I regret that until now we have had instances where, citing your information, we have been told that the situation in Artsakh is not catastrophic or critical. Accept that this is a deficiency in your work. Acknowledge it and be accountable to the people of Artsakh,” he said, adding that this is not about politics or international relations, but rather a question concerning the life and survival of the people of Artsakh.
