Details Emerge About Russian Teen's Scalp Being Removed 'Because of Hair'
In the city of Elektrostal, Moscow region, suspects have been identified in the case of a Russian boy's scalp being removed 'because of hair'. Both suspects have been detained. The second suspect had managed to flee to Obninsk, where he was apprehended. As reported earlier, the first alleged assailant was detained yesterday evening; it has been revealed that he is a 24-year-old resident of the Komi Republic.
The injured boy is currently in the hospital, and he is expected to undergo extensive treatment. He has stated that he approached two men to ask for a cigarette, but they suddenly reacted aggressively to his appearance. Following this, a fight broke out, during which a portion of the boy’s scalp was cut off with a knife along with his hair, and the attackers fled the scene.
