A Document Outlining the Rules of 'Wagner' Has Surfaced Online

A document has surfaced online that contains the rules of the 'Wagner' private military company, signed by Prigozhin and Utkin on May 1, 2014. This information was released by the NEXTA.Live Telegram channel.

It is noted that the photograph was taken during a search at Prigozhin's home.

One of the main principles of the mercenaries is to not go against the Russian people and the President of the Russian Federation, Putin.

It remains unconfirmed whether the document is authentic, as there has been no official response yet.

The leader of the 'Wagner' private military company, Prigozhin, along with Utkin, who goes by the alias 'Wagner', are in charge of an army that does not have official status. It should be added that Utkin served in the Russian Armed Forces until 2013 and holds the rank of lieutenant colonel.

Previously, we reported that tensions had escalated between the 'Wagner' military group and the Russian Ministry of Defense. Putin's former chef, Prigozhin, claimed that Defense Minister Shoigu had decided to eliminate his group. He called on people to take a stand and put an end to Shoigu's 'impunity.'

Recently, footage from searches conducted at Prigozhin's home and office has been released.
