Medvedev: Supplying Cluster Munitions to Ukraine Means Third World War

The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia and former President Dmitry Medvedev commented on the U.S. decision to supply cluster munitions to Ukraine, suggesting that it could signify President Joe Biden's choice to "leave beautifully while provoking nuclear Armageddon."

“Now, having exhausted all resources, he promises cluster bombs and signals neonazis in Kyiv with the prospect of NATO, the realization of which means the Third World War,” Medvedev wrote on his Telegram channel.

“Perhaps this terminally ill grandfather, driven by unhealthy imaginations, has simply decided to exit in style—provoking nuclear Armageddon and taking half of humanity with him to the afterlife…” Medvedev added.

It is noteworthy that earlier it was reported that President Biden confirmed that the supply of cluster munitions to Ukraine is a temporary measure for the period until Western countries have increased production of conventional shells.
