Press Secretary of Nikol Pashinyan on Vardan Oskanyan's Proposal

In the parliamentary investigative committee examining the circumstances of the 44-day war, Vardan Oskanyan was mentioned, and now we do not find it appropriate to comment separately on that issue. This was stated by the press secretary of the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nazeli Baghdasaryan, in an interview with News.am.

“Since the Prime Minister's speech and the Q&A session in the investigative committee, there have been various interpretations, and we can state that all the questions have been answered comprehensively,” she said.

It should be noted that former Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan had proposed that if he and a group of diplomats were given the opportunity to engage in negotiations, they would be able to make significant changes in the negotiation process within 2-3 months, making it much more favorable for Armenia. However, there was a prerequisite: Pashinyan should not speak during that time for 2-3 months.
