Law enforcement officials who conducted a search at Yevgeny Prigozhin's home found a photograph of severed heads, a hammer, and a letter awarding him the title of Hero of Russia, according to 'Fontanka'.

'Fontanka's' St. Petersburg publication released photos that were reportedly taken during a search of the Wagner group leader's mansion on June 25.

According to the source, among other items, a hammer inscribed with ‘For Important Negotiations’ and a photograph depicting severed human heads were found in Prigozhin's house. The mansion also contained a letter dated June 20, 2022, bestowing the Hero of Russia title upon Prigozhin; the exact date for this award had not previously been disclosed.

The source also noted that Prigozhin's residence includes a medical room equipped with devices used in resuscitation departments, including an artificial lung ventilation system.

On the evening of July 5, 'Izvestia' also released footage of the searches at Prigozhin's home and office. These images did not include photographs of severed heads. The publication highlighted the discovery of weapons, disguises, bundles of cash, and a 'prayer room' in Prigozhin's mansion.
