PSG Terminates Contract with Head Coach Christophe Galtier
Paris Saint-Germain has terminated its contract with head coach Christophe Galtier. This was announced on the official website of the French club.
The entire staff of Paris Saint-Germain expressed gratitude to Christophe Galtier and his assistants Thierry Oleksiak and Joao Sacramento for their professionalism and dedication throughout the season, wishing them all the best in their future careers.
Christophe Galtier took charge of the French club on July 5, 2022. Under his leadership, Paris Saint-Germain won its 11th Ligue 1 title, but the team was eliminated from the Champions League in the Round of 16 against Bayern Munich.
The 56-year-old coach previously worked with Nice and has also been involved with Lille, Saint-Étienne, and other French clubs. He will be replaced at PSG by Spanish coach Luis Enrique.
