Kadyrov Promises to Investigate Attack on Journalist Milashina and Lawyer Nemov

The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, stated that he has ordered the competent authorities to exert all efforts to find those responsible for the attack on journalist Elena Milashina and lawyer Alexander Nemov in Chechnya.

"I have instructed the relevant services to spare no effort in identifying the attackers," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

He emphasized that the appropriate bodies have begun their work immediately upon notification of the incident.

Previously, it was reported that unknown individuals assaulted lawyer Alexander Nemov and journalist Elena Milashina from 'Novaya Gazeta,' who had arrived in the republic to participate in a trial.
