Discovery of Metal Box Filled with Money and Sweets at Orphanage in Poland

A metal box filled with money and sweets was discovered in front of an orphanage in Poland. This was reported by the Telegram channel Комсомольская правда.

The metal box was secured with a chain and had a combination lock. Attached was a note requesting that it be accepted as a donation.

The staff of the orphanage were frightened that there might be a bomb inside and called the police. Simultaneously, an unknown individual contacted local media and provided the lock code.

Upon arrival, police opened the box and found not a bomb but sweets and 100,000 zlotys (approximately $25,000).
